RJG Web reserves the right to refuse any business.
Any website found to be displaying images or text of a criminal or indecent nature will be reported to the Authorities, & the website will be disabled. No refunds will be given.
No refunds will be made once both parties agree once website design is completed. Agreement is considered binding after 7 days on no response. Under no circumstances will any deposits be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
RJG Web will use its best endeavours to achieve 99.9% uptime on its servers, however, RJG Web will not be liable for any loss of income, or any other action that might arise, in the event that your website or e-mail facility is unavailable.
Whilst RJG Web will endeavour to remind you to renew your domain name never-the-less RJG Web takes no responsibility for renewal of a domain name.
If you upgrade to a package you will be charged from the start of the following calendar month. All upgrades run for the length of the initial purchase.
Modification of Terms
RJG Web may at any time modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the Terms of this website every 90 days. If any modification is unacceptable to the customer, the customer may terminate this Agreement.
