Information Collection & Use
RJ Grant Designs is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site. We will not sell or share this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. RJ Grant Designs collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
We request information from the user on our enquiry forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, email and telephone numbers etc). This information is used to fulfil customer's enquiries and/or orders. We might get back to the customer to provide the information requested by the customer (such as a quote).
When you have taken out a service with us, we require some account information from you. We require your business name, a contact name, email address, telephone number, mobile telephone number, address and a description of your business. This information is stored by us in order to process your account.
In order for RJ Grant Designs to take payments from our clients we require your debit card, credit card and bank account information. This information is only required if we take payments via the telephone. This required information is necessary for us to process transactions via our online payment supplier PayPal. RJ Grant Designs process transactions via the phone using PayPal Virtual terminal and do not store financial details of any credit cards or credit cards processed. All online payments are made via PayPal.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. All of our users' information is restricted in our office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our accounting staff or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
