What type of service does RJG Web offer?

We provide an affordable website design service to businesses, self-employed, start-ups, students, community groups, not for profit organisations and anyone with a good sounding idea for a website. You don’t have to design the website yourself, we do it all for you so you can focus on making your business or project grow.

Can I update my own content?

Yes you can, simply add a content management system to your package and you will be able to edit and update your content as you wish

How long does it take to get a website?

Every website design package has a different time scale and this information is provided under the specific package. On average it takes us 3 days to fully complete a website, once we have all the material. However, if you need a website faster than this time just inform us and we will do it.

Which Payment Methods does RJG Web accept?

You can pay online with a credit or debit card through PayPal, you can pay over the telephone or via cheque. It’s completely up to you.

Is my credit or debit card safe?

RJG Web uses PayPal for both or online and telephone payment methods. PayPal is one of the largest and better know online payment providers. We leave all the security to them as that's what they do best and we concentrate on providing you with the best website design service, as that's what we do best.

Can I try a website before I buy it?

Yes! Just let us know and we will do this for you.

Which Package Should I Choose?

This will all depend on your requirements and the image you want to portray. We will do our best to ensure you get the right package that suits you.

Can I choose any domain name?

Yes, as long as it is available. Please note that only the .co.uk domain name is included in the price of your site. We recommend that to protect your brand / identity that you buy the .com version of your domain which we can register for an extra £15.

Do I have to use your hosting?

No, although we include one year free hosting as part of all web design packages. We charge £35 to upload a site to your server.

When do I have to pay for my site?

If buying online you will pay for your website at the time of ordering. In some cases you will pay a 40% deposit and then the remainder once your website is complete. It’s entirely up to you,  please just let us know.

What happens when the 12 months free hosting runs out?

You can continue to use our hosting which costs £5 per month or pay a renewal fee detailed in your package. It’s entirely up to you.
